Motorcycle club members charged after fight in West Warwick

A pair of rival motorcycle gang members were arrested Thursday afternoon in West Warwick after a fight broke out in a Dunkin Donuts.

According to authorities, the altercation began inside the Dunkin Donuts at 970 Main St. around 3:30 p.m.

Suspects Ralph Stevens, 50, – who was identified as a member of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club – and William Damiano, 48, – a member of the Leathernecks Hells Angels – were charged with disorderly conduct and brought to the police station.

The bail commissioner arrived at the station several hours later to release the two suspects and both gangs gathered in the parking lot waiting for the release of their members.

Police said there was some posturing on the part of both clubs but there was no further violence.
