Winnipeg police say they will be monitoring a Hell’s Angels event this weekend that will bring a large number of motorcycle club members to the city and its surrounding areas.
In a tweet shared Sept. 12, the Winnipeg Police Service (WPS) announced they would be monitoring a Hell’s Angels Winnipeg Chapter Motorcycle Club Event taking place over the weekend.
Police say members of the Organized Crime/Biker Enforcement Unit will monitor the event for the safety of the public.
A large number of members of the motorcycle gang are predicted to be in and around Winnipeg for the event, as well as members of supporting clubs.
