The man injured when former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin was shot and killed at Perth Motorplex is back behind bars after breaching his parole conditions.
Ricky Chapman, 31, was injured in the shooting on Saturday night that killed 51-year-old Martin and also caused minor injuries to a five-year-old boy.
Chapman had surgery in hospital on Monday afternoon before being discharged.
Last night, the Department of Justice issued a return to prison warrant, saying he breached his parole conditions by associating with an outlaw motorcycle gang.
Chapman is the partner of Martin’s stepdaughter Stacey Schoppe and was sitting with the former Rebels boss when both were struck by a bullet on Saturday.
Ms Schoppe said suggestions Chapman was a Rebels member were false and he was no longer a bikie.
The hunt for the gunman continues, with authorities not ruling out the possibility the shooter flew into Perth to commit the crime.
Officers and recruits scoured the perimeter of the venue on Tuesday.

The news comes a day after the State Government announced it was offering a $1 million reward for information that leads to the conviction of Martin’s killer.
