A 25-year-old man was arrested after police seized two knuckle dusters, a taser, $2890 cash, one gram of a substance believed to be cocaine, drug paraphernalia, mobile phones and steroids in raids on homes in Isabella Plains and Chisholm on Thursday (December 30).

He was granted bail and will appear in the ACT Magistrates Court on February 23 to face charges including possessing a drug of dependence for sale, possessing a drug of dependence, possession of property suspected of being the proceeds of crime, and three counts of possession of prohibited weapons.

The ongoing investigation by Taskforce Nemesis to target outlaw motorcycle gangs has already seen a man charged with drug trafficking, and another charged with drug and firearm offences. Police say further arrests are expected.
