A federal jury Friday returned a four-count indictment charging three members of a local motorcycle gang with murder, kidnapping and racketeering, the U.S. Attorney’s Office–District of Oregon said.
The men kidnapped and murdered Robert Huggins, a former high-ranking club member, in 2015 to “maintain and advance their positions” in the Gypsy Joker Outlaw Motorcycle Club, the attorney’s office says.
Huggins was allegedly murdered in Clark County and dumped off a dirt road near Interstate 5. His body was found by loggers near the Clark County Fairgrounds in July, 2015.
Investigators say he died of “homicidal violence”.
In May 2016, the Gypsy Joker clubhouse was raided by police. During the raid, officers arrested the accused killers and leaders of the outlaw motorcycle gang.
The attorney’s office Friday said 58-year-old Mark Leroy Dencklau, of Woodburn, 48-year-old Earl Deverle Fisher, of Gresham, and 37-year-old Tiler Evan Pribbernow, of Portland, are facing charges including murder and aid of racketeering and kidnapping resulting in death.
According to the indictment, the motorcycle club oversees several “support clubs” in Oregon and Washington state, including the Road Brothers Northwest Motorcycle Club, Solutions Motorcycle Club, Northwest Veterans Motorcycle Club, Highside Riders and the Freedom Fellowship Motorcycle Club.
