Anthony Kronus Swift, 50, allegedly abused the victims between June and December of 2019.

Court documents show that the victims were incapable of consenting because of physical and mental disabilities.

Brent Weisberg, a spokesman for the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office, said he couldn’t say if Swift knew the victims, or what his connection was to them.

A court document following Swift’s arrest shows that when investigators asked him if he knew the victims, he didn’t offer specifics, but laughed and said “a couple of girls who aren’t right, they have problems in the head.”

Swift has pleaded not guilty to all 12 counts and has a court hearing April 23.

According to court documents, Swift has also been known by the names Nathan Ray Buckman, Karona Karonus Corona, John Hansacker and Anthony K. Smith.

They also show that Swift had methamphetamine charges and is homeless.

Court records say Swift was a co-founder of the Krude Rude Brood, a white supremacist gang based out of Portland.

Previous court records show that Swift’s criminal history in Oregon stretches back to 1988, with dozens of charges of robbery and assault. The Southern Poverty Law Center, which monitors hate groups, said in an article about the Krude Rude Brood that Swift had been released in 2017 after a 15-year stint in a Texas federal prison on gang-related felony charges.

He currently has two open cases of felony identity theft, both from October 2019.
